Virtuoso Suite from CE Interactive is an integrated suite of consumer electronics product configuration, training and troubleshooting software that can be utilized throughout the product sales and support cycle. Virtuoso Suite works on the brand and model level, and is comprised of three distinct modules that are designed to work together seamlessly.

Virtuoso 1.0 is the base application of Virtuoso Suite and provides the following features:

    * Accessory Finder - The Accessory Finder analyzes the attributes of the specific products entered into the application, and displays the specific cables and peripherals necessary to optimize the performance of the system
    * Setup Wizard - The Setup Wizard performs an analysis of all the specific components entered, and informs the user of the best way to set up a series of components. The model level results provide step by step hook-up configuration instructions, including model specific rear panel views
    * Product Trainer- Based on all of the products, brands and models entered, Virtuoso’s Product Trainer provides access to relevant product information within the manuals, and displays intelligently filtered content that makes it simple for users to operate their products.

CE Interactive provides two additional modules that comprise Virtuoso Suite:

Virtuoso Merchant Console

    * Supports product cross-sell and up-sell, by allowing merchants to cross-reference the data output by Virtuoso 1.0 to specific product SKU’s
    * Allows control and manipulation of displayed results to conform to specific merchandising strategies

Virtuoso Product Locker

    * Allows storage of Custom System Profiles, as well as product configuration and operational settings
    * Product Locker Information can be shared for targeted marketing efforts     

Customer Support Center

CE Interactive provides concierge phone based product training, as well as ongoing maintenance and support of virtually all brands and models of consumer electronics products. Our platform makes it possible to deliver a higher level of customer support by allowing our support specialists visibility into the consumer’s exact system setup. This allows true multi-brand and model specific training, troubleshooting, maintenance and support. Our Customer Support Center can be integrated into the Virtuoso application and is also available as a separate service.

How it Works

CEI’s unique information delivery process begins by aggregating product data directly from virtually every major original equipment manufacturer on regularly scheduled intervals into a common data repository. CEI receives information in many file formats and translates it into a common format.
To deliver our content efficiently, CEI engineers have formulated proprietary algorithms that associate stored content intelligently and automatically to match the product information entered into Virtuoso.  Based on these algorithms, Virtuoso retrieves information from our content databases and displays the data to end user in a cohesive, unified format that provides product specific hook-up configuration, cable requirements, system operation and product optimization across multiple product categories, brands, and models.
